Our units are designed for you to build a place to relax and build the ultimate man cave, or get work done with a nice flexible business space.

All units come standard with 4 inch beam slab, rough-in plumbing, bathroom, and 200 amp service with 14ft overhead door.

Includes: 4″ concrete, LP furnace, insulated liner kit, slop sink and finished bathroom. Other options available, speak to a representative for options.
