Introducing the Fremont, WI Man Caves. Located in a prime location off of HWY 10, our Man Caves make a great location to run your business, store your cherished items, or a space to get away from it all.
Our units are available in two sizes, depending on your need. Our large model is 40 x 40 feet, and our extra large is 40 x 64 feet. That’s up to 2,560 square feet in your unit.
You don’t have to worry about lawn maintenance or snow removal. As part of member’s $50/mo association fee, we will take care of it all for you.

All units include the following: Building on 4″ grade beam slab, with insulated liner kit. Finished bathroom with slop sink. 200 AMP single phase service. 14ft Overhead door and operator. 16ft ceiling height. LP unit heater (you choose your LP supplier and have them set a tank, we supply the heater).
Our units are zoned for commercial use (non-retail), so you can use it to operate a trade business, or for personal use. See us if you have any zoning questions!
